What Happens In A Session

Sessions begin by discovering what you want your session to support. From this initial discussion, the intention of the session is determined, techniques are chosen, and the intuitive flow of soul energy is focused.

To enhance your comfort and provide a completely nurturing atmosphere during a session, I work in a beautiful healing space with:

a deluxe padded and extra wide massage table a foam memory pillow that contours to head and neck a lightweight comforter that distributes body heat evenly and naturally essential oils relaxing music, chimes and other instruments candles and soft lighting

As an added value of working with me, you can request Absentee Healing any time you want extra support between your sessions ~ there is no additional charge.

Frequency of Sessions

The AUM Frequency™ structure below outlines recommendations for frequency of sessions. I can discuss with you what would be the best frequency based on your needs and goals for our work together.

Accelerated: 1 session per week
Universal: once every 2 weeks
Maintenance: once a month

ACCELERATED is recommended for:

• Job-related or other stress
• Physical challenges (chronic or trauma-related)
• "Healing crises," emotional stress, or overwhelm
• Intensified personal growth
• Catalyzing spiritual growth
• "Jump start" healing, progressing into Universal or Maintenance frequencies
  

UNIVERSAL is recommended for:

• On-going support of personal and spiritual growth
• On-going support of mental, emotional and/or physical balance and well-being
• On-going stress reduction
• On-going support in conjunction with other holistic and health care professionals
